In the role of associate Ministry Leader, Karen is launching an International Friendships ministry at YSU in Youngstown, Ohio. She will be establishing an IFI on campus for international students. There are many facets to this position, but it includes:extending genuine friendship and hospitality to international students, collaborating with campus staff, mobilizing members of local churches to serve students.

She is looking forward to making a positive impact in the community at YSU and making it a better place to study. She has always loved the diversity in our world and likes to meet new people as well as be of help. She has found small acts of genuine care and kindness to have a much larger impact on people and provide opportunities to build relationships with others in reverence to Jesus.
